Refugees & Mentors is a social enterprise.

Our Vision:

An inclusive society where refugees, people seeking asylum and vulnerable migrants have equal access to job opportunities, in order to build a sustainable life in the UK

Our Mission:

To support refugees, people seeking asylum and vulnerable migrants to improve their employment prospects and to collaborate with other organisations to offer inclusive opportunities

We support:

  • Refugees, people seeking asylum and vulnerable migrants by offering pre-employment information, guidance and by working with others to create opportunities.
  • Employers to develop inclusive recruitment practices, diversify their workforce, to fill skill gaps and offer support to refugees.

Based at the offices of  Rethink Rebuild Society in Manchester, our services work with people across Greater Manchester.

Key to our work is our ability to work in partnership with employers and organisations supporting refugees.

Our sustainability depends on our ability to generate income but also on receiving donations and grants.
